On December 19, 2004, The Union gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:

Dear Live Music Archive:

My brother's band The Union has granted permission to be activated on
the Live Music Archive. Shown below is an email from Jay Coyle --
drummer of The Union granting permission.

Thanks,
Chandler Coyle

Diana,

I would prefer that all shows by The Union stay in a lossless-format and not
be offered in MP3'S via the Archive.

If people want to convert to "lossy" AFTER the d/l for use on an MP3'S
player, I am cool with that.

Best regards,
Jay
